All our products are made on order. At दिशा , we prioritize delivering your purchases as quickly as possible. You can expect your package to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of order.

1. Your orders will only be processed and packed only during operating hours. Our mailing team operates from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
2. In the event that there is no one available to receive your package, the courier company will attempt redelivery up to two more times. They will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time.

Orders are not eligible for a refund or return. If the product does not fit you, you may request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving it.
PLEASE NOTE: An exchange will only be allowed if the product is damaged and a complete unboxing video is sent in. For reverse pickup the customer must pay Rs.150/-
